Dr. Charles Frantz is a guitarist, pianist, and educator. He has over thirty years of teaching experience in music history, theory, and piano along with a breadth of performance experience that includes concerts at Carnegie Hall and the Philadelphia Academy of Music. He leads the New Jersey Jazz Quartet on guitar and regularly performs as a soloist.
Dr. Frantz is the Director of The Conservatory of Music in Yardley, PA where he teaches private piano and guitar lessons in classical and jazz for young children, teenagers, and adults at all levels. He finds much satisfaction and challenge in mentoring private students while observing the development of their musical skills and personal development. Many of Dr. Frantz's students have been with him for over ten years. In addition to lessons, the Conservatory offers master classes, jazz guitar workshops, and Film Music Seminars led by Dr. Frantz.
