"In addition to greatly improving as a player, Dr. Frantz has helped me understand the guitar and music in a way I never thought possible, working to help me through a wide range of material, including soloing, accompaniment, chord melody, reading and music appreciation, all with patience and encouragement."

Dr. Frantz not only teaches piano but shares his passion for music with his students. Our children perform for family and friends in two recitals each year. What impresses me most is that he always takes the time to prepare and perform for his students at the end of these recitals. What better way to reinforce that practice makes perfect?

Dr. Frantz is patient and a good listener. He always asks me what pieces I would like to work on. He acknowledges my strengths and helps me to work on my weaknesses. Dr. Frantz has also taught me music theory and history during my lessons, which I enjoy. I always look forward to my lessons.
